LITTLE ABOUT US

Founded in 1990 by my father Mr. Bharat M. Sachaniya. SPAARC Design Studio (formerly Akar Consulting & Design) started as a small architectural design practice, since then we continue to grow steadily.

During these years, we have completed variety of projects including residential, commercial and institutional buildings.

My name is Akar Sachaniya, Each place has its distinct personality. By deeply understanding both the location and its future occupants, we design indoor and outdoor areas that are sensitive to their surroundings and responsive to their materials. Our work evolves with the environment around it and becomes an integral part of the location, creating one-of-a-kind and enduring experiences.
