OUR STORY
Founded in 1990 by my father Mr. Bharat M. Sachaniya. SPA/ARC (formerly Akar Consulting & Design) started as a small architectural design practice, since then we continue to grow steadily.During these years, we have completed variety of projects including residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
