Founded in 1990 by my father Mr. Bharat M. Sachaniya. SPAARC (formerly Akar Consulting & Design) started as a small architectural design practice, since then we continue to grow steadily.During these years, we have completed variety of projects including residential, commercial and institutional buildings.WE DESIGN IMPACTFUL, LIVABLE SPACES
Living in Talaja, I continually draw inspiration from the community around me. With a deep passion for architecture, I believe that design is a dynamic process an evolving product that can always be refined and improved. My design philosophy centers on prioritizing functionality over form, ensuring that every project not only looks stunning but also serves its purpose effectively. Over the years, I've honed my skills by working on a diverse range of projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces. I am dedicated to evolving our products, making them more pleasing and functional over time. By learning from every project and every person I collaborate with.
